Check in & check out

Check in from 2 pm.

We guarantee that you can check in from 2 pm. Do you want to come sooner? If you indicate this on the confirmation, we will try to prepare the room for you earlier. If the room is not yet available, you can always leave your luggage and / or car. If you arrive later than 6.30 pm, please indicate this. After 21:00 you can check in at the bar. If you do not arrive before midnight, we ask you to contact us by telephone on 0246414032 on the day of arrival in connection with another check-in procedure. Check out until 11.00

On the day of departure, you must hand in the key at the reception before 11 am. It is also possible (if available) to extend your stay and until 5 p.m. For a room with bath or bubble bath we charge a surcharge of € 30.00, for the other rooms € 20.00 will be charged.

Breakfast & lunch

Breakfast buffet.

You can have breakfast from 06.30 on working days. On public holidays and weekends, breakfast is available from 8 am to 10:30 am. If you would like to be pampered extra you can use a breakfast in the room (only after reservation before 6 p.m.), the additional cost of this is € 15.00 for 2 persons. Is breakfast too late for you? Then we would like to make a breakfast package for you, consisting of sandwiches or sandwiches to your liking, a bottle of drinks, sweets and fruit. So this is instead of breakfast.

Packed lunch

Do you enjoy cycling or are you on the road all day long? You can bring a packed lunch which you can put together yourself from the breakfast buffet. You can ask our employee for a bag and bottle of soda. The costs for a lunch package are € 6.00 per package.

In your room

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

There are no standard coffee and tea facilities in the room. If you want to enjoy coffee and tea in your hotel room, you can book these facilities in advance for € 5.00 per day (limited availability). Fridge in the room There is no fridge in the room as standard. If you want to use a fridge, you can book this in advance for € 5.00 per day. Pay attention! This service is only available to a limited extent.

Cancellation policy

Pay attention! These are standard cancellation conditions, with promotions (via external partners) different conditions may apply!

For reservations up to five rooms: If you cancel on the day of arrival until 12:00, we will not charge you any costs. After 12.00 we charge 50% of the reservation amount and after 18.30 or without cancellation we are forced to charge 100%. For reservations from five rooms: For groups of five or more rooms you can cancel the entire reservation up to 3 weeks before the arrival date. A maximum of 25% of the number of rooms can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Then we will charge you 100% of the reservation amount.

Bike rental

Bike rental.

At Hoogeerd we have various modern bikes that you can rent to explore the beautiful surroundings. Renting a bicycle costs € 9.50 per day. Renting an E-bike costs € 25.00 per day Of course you can also bring your own bike. You can store these in our locked bicycle shed. There are also sufficient charging points for E-bikes.
